YFED: Value-Led Experience Design

This introductory online workshop will introduce participants to the practice of value-led heritage experience design. Using participant’s own examples of existing or previous visitor experience – digital, analogue or mixed – value-led design cards will be used to promote critical reflection of the underlying, often unconscious, design decisions made. Participants will be invited to then share their insights from these activities in pairs or as a group, and have a set of value-led design cards to take away with them.
