Elevenses – Wednesday 19th April
Discover how the Digital Heritage Hub can help answer your digital questions
The Digital Heritage Hub was created in a collaboration led by Arts Marketing Association in partnership with the Heritage Digital Consortium and the University of Leeds. It provides links to free resources to help small and medium-sized organisations to boost their digital knowledge and capability, from how to use digital to generate revenue, to how to use data for strategic decision making.
Museum Development Yorkshire contributed in particular to the development of sections on Digital Leadership and Digital Planning. Michael Turnpenny, Head of Content and Public Engagement at York Museums Trust will discuss how these hub resources, along with those for the other themes of Digital Engagement and Digital Content, can help answer some of your digital questions.
The hub can be found here Digital Heritage Hub – CultureHive
Insightful, interactive and informal, come along to gain new insights from our guests, meet colleagues from the region, and connect with the MDY team. Everyone who works and volunteers in museums in our region is most welcome, including museum freelancers who want to stay connected.
